The Rotary Club of Lake Shore-Severna Park offers scholarships to selected high school seniors (including those home-schooled or private schooled) attending high schools located in the 21122 or 21146 zip codes. Additionally, a scholarship will be awarded in honor of Vernon Frame to both a Northeast HS and a Chesapeake HS student who is planning to major in law or law enforcement. Home-schooled or private school student's eligibility for specific scholarships will be based on the high school they would attend based on their home address. Applications must be completed and postmarked by March 29, 2019. Applications may be turned in to student's guidance office (Chesapeake, Northeast or Severna Park High Schools) or hand-delivered or mailed to:
